Venus is the second planet from the Sun and it is similar to Earth in size and structure

It is the hottest planet due to a thick CO2 atmosphere causing a runaway greenhouse effect

It has a very long of 243 Earth days which is longer than 1 year on venus which is ~224 days long

It rotates in the opposite direction of earth, possibly caused due to a collision in its early stages, reversing the orbit which means that the sun rises from the west and sets in the east

It is visible to the naked eye from Earth and is called "Morning Star" or "Evening Star"

Venus has an Iron and nickel Core which is about 6000 kilometers big

The planet’s Mantle extends from the core to about 3000 kilometers to the surface which is rich in silicate rocks silicate rocks with magnesium and iron. overall, its mantle is very similar to the earth’s mantle.

The Crust is about 20 - 50 kilometers thick and doesnt have tectonic plates

Venus’s surface has vast plains, highlands, numerous volcanoes and has the most volcanic activity

It has a dense atmosphere with sulfuric acid clouds and also has no moons or rings
